I can't scan my QR code. What should I do?
First, ensure you have adequate lighting and that the QR code is not too small or damaged. Try using different QR scanner apps, as some handle certain codes better than others. If you added a logo, make sure it's not covering too much of the code. Check our troubleshooting guide for more detailed solutions.
Do you store my URLs or logos?
No. We process all data in real-time and immediately discard it after generating your QR code. We do not store any URLs, uploaded images, or generated QR codes. Your privacy is our priority.
Can I use the QR codes for commercial purposes?
Yes! All QR codes generated with QRBuild.app are free to use for any purpose, including commercial applications. You own the QR codes you create.
What file formats do you support for logos?
We support PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, and SVG formats. The maximum file size is 5MB. For best results, we recommend using PNG files with transparent backgrounds.
Is there a limit to how many QR codes I can generate?
To prevent abuse, we have rate limiting in place (20 generations per minute). For normal use, this shouldn't be an issue. If you need bulk generation, please contact us to discuss your needs.
